What we do

Transportation and Infrastructure projects can be complex and intensively collaborative. They require the guidance of a specialized and experienced team to ensure project delivery success.  Over the years our people have supported many projects from conception through to successful handover and completion. 

Client-side program management and advisory services. With an estimated capital value of $28.5B of new construction, the program includes a new cross-city subway line and the extensions of three existing subway lines totalling 31 new stations and over 40km of transit lines. 

Design project management. Facility upgrades and new vehicle maintenance shop at BCRTC’s OMC 1 serving the Millennium and Expo lines. 

Client's program management. Construction of new operations and control center building, signaling control transfer, systems integration and utilities/coms for the new facility. 

Design project management. A new SmartTrack GO Station on the Barrie corridor, the Bloor-Landsdowne Station features two platforms, service and entrance buildings, a pedestrian bridge and multi-use path to serve the community. 

Client program controls. A program including three major capital projects, delivering the early works and front-end planning and design for the Downtown Relief Line (now Ontario Line), Line 1 extension to Richmond Hill and Line 2 extension to Scarborough. 

Client program controls and project recovery. Extension of Line 1 to Vaughan including six architecturally prominent stations, 8km of bored twin tunnel, signalling upgrades and yard expansion.

DMFM contractor project recovery services. A new commuter train yard and maintenance facility to support expanded service and fleet growth. 

EPCM contractor project controls. Detailed engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning for a new 400kta plastics unit, the project was the largest of its kind in the world and required careful coordination with multiple other EPC contractors to achieve success.
